New attacks in Ukraine tonight
There have been new explosions and power outages in parts of Lviv, it reports Kyiv Independent and refers to the city rapporteur Andrij Sadovyj.
Øyvenviter told about fires and black smoke from the areas that were hit.
Rockets must have hit two transformer stations. Train traffic to Lviv is therefore also affected, writes the Ukrainian online newspaper.
At least four explosions were heard in the city center at 8.30pm local time.
The city mayor is asking people to seek refuge in bomb shelters, according to The Guardian.
Lviv is located in the far west of Ukraine, near Poland
Conflict News writes on Twitter that rocket attacks are also reported in several other regions, including against Kyiv, Odesa and Dnipro in addition to Lviv.
