Juan Carlos Gozzer assumes the position of COO for Latin America at a time when LLYC is strengthening its inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions. From now on, he will work with the regional directorates of the consultancy in LatAm, with direct responsibility for 9 markets: Mexico, Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina and Chile. He will be in charge of the business plans of the regions, focused on the creation of centers of excellence, the incorporation of senior professionals, new business processes, the Key Clients program or the promotion of the areas of technology, marketing and promotion. of the company.
This movement means that Mariano Vila, partner and general manager of Argentina, becomes the new regional general manager of South, being in charge of coordinating operations in Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
