New AMD laptops only boot into Windows by default

Author: Lenovo

It looks like some new laptops with the new AMD Ryzen 6000 mobile processor and security co-processor Microsoft Pluton (e.g. emulates TPM) are set to boot only Windows. Because it only trusts Microsoft UEFI keys and not third-party keys used by Linux distributions with SecureBoot enabled.

An example is for example Lenovo ThinkPad Z13. Enable third-party keys should go in UEFI, but they should be disabled by default according to Microsoft starting this year for Secure-core PCs.
