She is sending Adobe is bringing new artificial intelligence tools to Photoshop with the goal of giving users additional ways to control the designs they generate.
These new tools, supported by the new Firefly Image 3 model, are available through the Photoshop beta application for desktop computers.
Adobe said that Firefly Image 3 generates higher quality images than previous models, provides additional contrasts, and better understands your suggestions.
Photoshop will gain the ability to generate images through simple text suggestions directly within the application.
There are also new features that allow AI to draw inspiration from reference images to easily generate new images and backgrounds.
Adobe believes that the tools make Photoshop easier for professionals as well as ordinary users.
The new feature is called Generate Image, and it should be available as an option in Photoshop alongside the traditional option that lets you import images into the app.
Adobe also developed an AI-powered feature called Genetic Fill that previously allowed you to add, enlarge or remove specific parts of an image.
The feature now allows users to add AI-generated images to an existing image, and the AI-generated image closely matches the original image.
In a demonstration, an Adobe executive rotated an image of an empty salad bowl and had Photoshop generate an AI image of a tomato.
The feature created different shapes of tomatoes, and the executive chose one of them as part of the final image.
The executive also replaced an acoustic guitar carried by an AI-generated bear with an electric guitar, using text prompts, without the use of complex Photoshop tools or brushes.
Adobe said new artificial intelligence features in Photoshop led to a 30 percent increase in Photoshop subscriptions.
To address concerns about using generative AI to generate false information, Adobe said that all images created with Photoshop’s generative AI tools automatically include Content Certificates.
It should be noted that Adobe is not the only company that adds the benefits of artificial intelligence generation to its products.
Over the past year, companies large and small have updated their products and services using artificial intelligence.
