The steel belfry in the Neubukow church (Rostock district) is so badly damaged that the bells could fall down at any time. But now so much money has been raised that a new wooden belfry can be built. As Pastor Margret Pörksen told NDR 1 Radio MV, 100,000 euros came together – half from donations. Construction could start in the coming week, and if all goes well, the Neubukow church would have a new belfry in November. | 07/30/2022 12:57
