The following points were dealt with at the latest municipal council meeting in Neubrunn:
During the citizens’ questionnaire, various questions about the repowering project for the wind turbines in Wertheim Höhefeld were put to the community. On the homepage of the city of Wertheim it was announced that the wind turbines in the above-mentioned wind farm are to be reduced from the current 14 to 6. Their height should then be 250 meters, which is twice as high as the existing systems.
Since the market town of Neubrunn, as the bearer of public interests, has not yet received any information, key points of the project or other facts from the city of Wertheim, the questions could only be partially answered. Once Markt Neubrunn has been officially informed about the topic, it will continue to deal with the planned project.
– The municipality has received a preliminary building request for the construction of a chicken coop and a residential building with a garage (operations manager building) on site no. 19388 the district of Neubrunn. The Neubrunn market is generally positive about the building project. The issues of water supply, drainage and development have to be finally clarified with the client.
– A resident filed an application for the establishment of a double-sided parking ban in the area of Grabenweg where the Ringstraße converges in Neubrunn. The background to the application is the fact that larger vehicles cannot properly enter the junction due to the current parking situation. The application was rejected by the municipal council, as parking in narrow streets and in junction areas is already prohibited according to the road traffic regulations.
– The state. Building authority Würzburg has submitted an application for excavation permission according to monument law. The expansion of the WÜ 11 between the state border and Neubrunn leads over a ground monument “settlement of prehistoric times”. Markt Neubrunn agrees to the granting of the excavation permit.
– The Würzburg District Office announced that compensation areas are required for the resettlement of the local sand lizard as part of the expansion of WÜ 11 Neubrunn in the direction of the district boundary. The Neubrunn market represents parts of the plot of land plot no. 6470, 4884 and 4887 are available as compensation areas, but insists on mulch strips along the paths and that the existing signs remain in this area.
– The Böttigheim Hunting Association intends to build around 4 kilometers of dirt roads and lanes in the Böttigheim district using gravel construction. The entire measure will cost around 25,000 euros. As the owner, Markt Neubrunn agrees that the hunting cooperative can set up the paths and grants a grant of 10,000 euros for the measure.
– As part of the maintenance of the street lighting in Neubrunn and Böttigheim, the light sources also have to be replaced in the so-called creative lighting points. The municipal council decided to use neutral white light bulbs for this exchange.
– The municipal council decided to keep the firewood prices for the harvest year 2021/2022 when they are handed over to local residents. These are 49 euros per cubic meter for oak, 50 euros for mixed wood and 51 euros plus VAT for beech.
– The municipality had received an application to increase the dog tax. After a comparison with the tax rates of the neighboring municipalities and a discussion about the pros and cons of an increase, the municipal council decided by a majority to reject the application.
– The mayor also announced that from the middle of October on the agenda of the municipal council meetings will always be TOP 1 ?? Citizen Question Time and TOP 2 ?? Notification of reportable resolutions from the last closed meeting will be available.
– He also announced a supplement that was received for the renovation of the Frankenlandhalle in Böttigheim. In the outside area, it was necessary to set L-stones to prevent the slope from sliding down. The costs for this amount to almost 2000 euros.
