Netmarble announced that it would increase the annual salary of all employees by 8 million won through an in-house announcement on the afternoon of the 10th.
The starting salary for new recruits starts at 50 million won for the developer and 45 million won for non-development workers.
In addition, starting next month, the company decided to pay 100,000 won worth of points per month (a total of 1.2 million points per year) in addition to the existing meal support fund of 100,000 won.

Netmarble’s salary increase is the same as the previous salary increase plan announced by Nexon.
Nexon announced on the 1st that it would significantly upgrade the wage system. Starting this year, the annual salary for new recruits will be increased to 50 million won for the developer group and 45 million won for the non-development group, and the annual salary of the incumbent employees will also increase by 8 million won.
