NetherRealm has published a new trailer for Mortal Kombat 1, where they announced new characters, including Omni-Man from Invincible, Homelander from The Boys and Peacemaker from The Suicide Squad:
What is known
These characters will be available as part of the Kombat Pack after the game’s release, along with Quan-Chi, Ermac, and Takeda.
We knew that Homelander would appear in MK1 just over a week before its official announcement, when The Boys’ official TikTok account wrote “MK confirmed” in response to a comment about the character’s appearance in CoD.
Also recently, NetherRealm Studios released a trailer featuring the characters Li Mei, Tanya, and Baraka, and earlier this month released a trailer about the Li Kuei assassin clan.
When to expect
Mortal Kombat 1 releases on September 19th for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
