Steve Carell returns at least once for more Space Force. Netflix has renewed the expensive comedy series for a second season. At the same time, some changes have been made to the series to bring down the sky-high costs.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that. The recordings are being moved from Los Angeles to Vancouver, where more and more Hollywood productions are taking place. Greg Daniels also gets help from Norm Hiscock as showrunner in making the comedy, in order to lower the costs.

Carell has struck one of the most expensive deals with Netflix for Space Force. He is credited as much as $ 1 million per episode he makes. He is a lead actor, co-creator and executive producer.
