Vince McMahon is responsible for having elevated the WWE to the place he occupies, which is none other than the largest wrestling company in the world, but he is also a guy who could have sunk his legacy in 1,000 possible ways. Crossing the border of kayfabe On numerous occasions, the one who is probably the most important figure in the history of professional wrestling, for better and for worse, will have his own docuseries on Netflix, ‘Mr McMahon’whose first trailer we can already see above these lines.
After taking over WWE in 1984 (then still the WWF), Vince McMahon pushed all the boundaries to get the company where he thought it should be, and he did so, though not without a lot of problems of all kinds along the way. Sexual scandals, steroid scandals, and the early deaths of numerous wrestlerscontent not suitable for minors – which included the constant humiliation of the divas – during the Attitude and Ruthless Agression stages… Vince knew no shame, putting his own physique on the line if necessary to drag in the audiences.

Now, Netflix has brought together stars of the medium such as Hulk Hogan, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Cena o Paul “Triple H” Levesquecurrent vice president of WWE, to talk about this controversial figure over the course of six episodes.
“The goal behind ‘Mr. McMahon’ is to pull back the curtain and reveal the real Vince McMahon, obscured by the persona he has presented to the world,” said director Chris Smith. “Over four years of production, the story evolves in surprising ways, culminating in extremely horrific allegations. The final product is a revealing documentary that we believe offers a rich portrait of the man and the complex legacy he leaves behind.”
‘Mr. McMahon’ will premiere on Netflix next 25th of this month of September.
