Netflix, the largest streaming platform, is raising the prices of its tariffs. Depending on the tariff, there is an increase of one to two dollars. The current rise in price according to Cnews.cz applies only to certain markets.
Netflix originally offered a $ 7.99 tariff when it launched in 2011. He later offered three different tariffs. The cheapest Basic has risen in price by $ 3 in ten years, while the quality of watching movies on SD has been reduced. The highest image quality has been paid for in the Premium tariff, which is three times higher than the original price.
In the Czech Republic, the tariffs are the same as in the USA. Basic, Standard and Premium tariffs are therefore available to users. The standar offers Full HD and two streams simultaneously. Premium currently knows 4K HDR and up to four users can watch the stream simultaneously within the family. Premium also boasts sound quality at Dolby Atmos.

- Netflix Standard: $ 15.49 (original $ 13.99 price)
- Netflix Premium: $ 19.99 (original price $ 17.99)
