Tyler Rake is officially returning to Netflix. In 2020 we got the action movie Extraction to see, in which actor Chris Hemsworth the role of Tyler Rake.
Since the film launched and turned out to be a success, there have been stories about a possible sequel. And now Netflix has finally officially confirmed that a new part is coming. That new part also immediately received the first teaser from the streaming service.
First teaser Extraction
The end of Extraction still seemed to hint that Tyler Rake was done. He appeared to have been mortally wounded, but the very last shot hinted that Rake might have survived.
We can now turn that “maybe” into a “sure” as Tyler Rake is officially back for another movie.
It is not yet known when Netflix will release the film Extraction 2 would like to release exactly. We also don’t know when exactly the cast and crew should start shooting. It is clear, however, that this should not last too long.
