According to the statement, Spry Fox is an award-winning independent studio that focuses on creating original titles and is responsible for creating titles such as Triple Town, Alphabear, and Cozy Grove. This acquisition will thus help Netflix accelerate the development of the creative part of a popular game genre and will also increase the variety of the catalog of titles offered by the service.

Cozy Grove is one of the titles created by the Spry Fox company, which is now owned by Netflix.
