Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that his country was determined to fight any Iranian attempts to establish themselves in Syria on Israel’s northern borders.
And the Israel Broadcasting Authority reported Tuesday evening that Netanyahu inspected Israel’s Northern Command and made it clear during that visit that the Israeli military is determined to fight any Iranian attempts to establish itself in Syria on its country’s northern borders.
The Israeli prime minister stressed that his country is determined to fight any attempts by Lebanese “Hezbollah” to show aggression against Israel from Lebanon, warning against the party crossing his country’s red lines.
The prime minister said Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant had accompanied him on his visit to his country’s Northern Command, where Netanyahu stressed that the main enemy facing his country is what he called the ” terrorist regime in Iran”.
