PT Neta Auto Indonesia (NETA) officially opened its first dealer in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta. This facility is claimed to be the only full EV dealer in Indonesia.
NETA Managing Director, Jason Ding said, the inauguration of the first dealer in the Kelapa Gading area proves his party’s seriousness in the Indonesian electrification market. Reportedly, in the near future two more dealers will be inaugurated, namely in Puri and BSD City.
“As a form of our commitment and seriousness to present EVs with advanced technology and the best after-sales service in the Indonesian automotive market, we are inaugurating our first dealer, namely NETA Kelapa Gading,” said Jason at the dealer inauguration, Thursday (9/11).

“In collaboration with PT NEV Auto Mobil, we hope that providing this facility will facilitate and increase the sense of security and comfort for consumers and potential consumers of NETA electric cars in the North Jakarta area and its surroundings,” he added.

The NETA dealer in Kelapa Gading is equipped with 3S service facilities, namely Sales, Service and Spare Parts to meet the needs of potential consumers.
In particular, NETA presents a Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging Station facility with 47 KW of power, where NETA electric car users can charge from 30 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. NETA claims that its dealers are the first with fast charging facilities.

NETA’s first dealer has 1,628 m2 of land which not only offers unit purchase transaction services, vehicle inspection and repair, as well as purchasing spare parts and accessories, but also has complete workshop facilities such as 6 Maintenance Bays, special equipment such as Hydraulic Battery Lifter, Insulated Tools, Special Diagnostic Instrument, and Motor and reducer disassembly lift.
Apart from that, there is also a test drive area for consumers who are curious to try out cars made by NETA.
“The opening of this first dealer is expected to be our first step towards realizing our target of having 10 dealers by the end of 2023,” said Jason.
