The agrifood business Cartier Saada said, via press release, that its net profit for the 2019/2020 financial year decreased by 46% compared to the previous year.
According to the press release, the net result stood at 3.15 MDH, while the turnover reached 187.35 MDH including 96% for export, an increase of 28%. The share of new customers increased, reaching 17% of turnover for the 2019-2020 financial year.
The gross operating surplus for its part recorded an increase of 19% to reach 23.4 MDH, in particular thanks to the increase in production and the good control of operating expenses.
Thus, Cartier Saada, which maintains its development projects and its momentum for the year 2020, carried out all of its 2018-2020 three-year investment program with an envelope of 20 MDH and received a subsidy to the Imtyaz investment of 3.9 MDH, notes the same source.
