Muhammad Shaker – Mubasher: Net foreign investments (buying/selling) in stocks in the UAE financial markets at the end of the first nine months of this year amounted to 12.302 billion dirhams, equivalent to 3.358 billion dollars.
According to data from the UAE financial markets, foreign investors carried out purchasing operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi shares worth 93.161 billion dirhams, compared to sales amounting to 94.593 billion dirhams.

The value of foreign purchases of shares during the first nine months of 2023 on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange amounted to about 54.032 billion dirhams, compared to sales amounting to 60.902 billion dirhams, with a net sale of 6.869 billion dirhams.
Arab investors tended to sell with a net investment of 1.620 billion dirhams, as the value of Arab purchases amounted to about 8.061 billion dirhams, compared to sales of about 9.682 billion dirhams.
While citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries tended towards purchasing with a net investment of 1.737 billion dirhams, sales by citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries amounted to 4.675 billion dirhams, compared to purchases worth 6.421 billion dirhams.
Purchases by UAE citizens amounted to about 175.455 billion dirhams, compared to sales transactions worth 168.702 billion dirhams, with a net purchase of 6.752 billion dirhams.
Dubai Financial Market
The Dubai Stock Exchange witnessed foreign purchases of shares worth 39.125 billion dirhams, compared to sales of about 33.691 billion dirhams, with a net purchase of 5.433 billion dirhams.
Arab investors tended to buy at a value of 6.673 billion dirhams, compared to sales worth 6.645 billion dirhams, with a net purchase of 28.411 million dirhams.
Purchases by citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries amounted to 5.925 billion dirhams, compared to sales transactions worth 4.793 billion dirhams, with a net purchase of 1.132 billion dirhams.
UAE investors tended to sell at a value of 44.048 billion dirhams, compared to purchases worth 38.614 billion dirhams, with a net sale of 5.433 billion dirhams.
