Nestlé President Paul Bulcke continues his term as head of the board for one year.

The shareholders, meeting Thursday in general meeting which they could not attend in person because of the coronavirus pandemic, also accepted the payment of a dividend of 2.70 francs per share, specified the giant veveysan in a statement.

They also elected Hanne Jimenez de Mora, co-founder and president of the management consultancy a-connect (group), as administrator. Beat Hess, for his part, did not stand for a new term on the board of directors, after 12 years in this position. (Awp)
