To get its strategy back on track, Nespresso recently appointed Julien Mario to the position of local Business Executive Manager. Mario has more than eight years of experience developing the brand in various markets in the Middle East and North Africa. Our immediate goal is to offer our customers in Morocco access to all Nespresso innovations, as we expand the range of our products and services across the country ”.

In practice, Nespresso products are offered to Moroccan customers through a network of stores in six cities, an e-commerce website that covers the entire country, and a sales center. customer service. Customers are also encouraged to recycle their capsules by depositing them at the various Nespresso boutiques.
