On Tuesday evening, Neptune, the eighth planet from the Sun, will reach opposition, rising at sunset and remaining in the sky throughout the night. The Science Times calls it a rare triple conjunction, although stargazers will need a telescope to see Neptune, they can see Jupiter and Saturn, as opposed to August with the naked eye, be sure to look up into the eastern sky after 9 p.m. for the best view.
