Nepal overtook India as the number of deaths due to Covid-19 surged. The Kathmandu government inevitably has to build a crematorium by the river.
On Friday (7/5), there were 9,023 new positive cases in a day with 50 deaths.
Positive cases of the corona virus in Nepal have jumped sharply since last April. As a result, the hospital was full. Medical supplies are also limited.
If not resolved immediately, Nepal is expected to experience a humanitarian catastrophe.
