As it became known, today developers from the studio Neowiz Game apparently they made a big deal oversight: They released an update for the game Lies of P online with an unprotected EXE file of the game weighing only 133 MB.
Judging by the fact that on the game page in Steam still states that the game uses protection Denuvo – This is unlikely to have been a planned step on the part of the game publisher. This is also hinted at by the fact that the unprotected EXE is called LOP-Win64-Test and was most likely intended for internal testing of the game, but they forgot to remove it from the build before releasing the update.
Update: apparently the developers realized the pointlessness of saving Denuvo after an unprotected version of the game leaked online, so they released another updatein which the protection was finally removed, this time from the main EXE file, which now weighs 118 MB.
Lies Of P tells the dark story of Pinocchio: the once beautiful city of Krat has turned into hell, and Pinocchio will have to find Mr. Geppetto to unravel the mystery of what happened. The game is already available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
