Meinl-Reisinger: “As a state councillor, Andrea has impressively demonstrated what it means to make pink politics and govern cleanly.”
Vienna (OTS) – At the general meeting of NEOS Salzburg today, Andrea Klambauer was elected the top candidate for the 2022 state elections. NEOS party leader Beate Meinl-Reisinger is pleased with the unequivocal vote of the Salzburg members: “As state councillor, Andrea Klambauer has impressively demonstrated what it means to make pink politics and govern cleanly: A clear commitment to responsibility towards the youngest, a Politics that puts education above everything and thinks about the next generations and a policy that focuses more on ecological aspects, such as in the case of housing subsidies,” says Meinl-Reisinger. “Andrea tackles the issues resolutely and courageously, and even if there is sometimes headwind, she doesn’t let herself be deterred. That is the NEOS spirit that is needed in Salzburg and everywhere else. The following applies to the federal government and Salzburg: the political renewal is far from over. With unity, courage and the willingness to take on more responsibility, we at NEOS will succeed.”
“Strong team for Salzburg.”
Behind Klambauer is Karin Feldinger, who was already second on the NEOS list in the 2019 European elections, and the previous members of the state parliament, Liesl Weitgasser and Sebastian Huber. Meinl-Reisinger expressly thanks all candidates and congratulates the newly elected list: “We have a strong team for the further renewal of Salzburg. Together you will bring Salzburg further forward!”
