(Official Togo) – Several health centers in the interior of the country (CHR and CHU Kara, CHR Sokodé and DPS Bassar) benefited on Friday from several equipment and rolling stock, offered by Unicef. The donation, with a total value of 80 million FCFA, is intended to improve the care and quality of care of the newborn.

This is, according to the UN agency, to strengthen the existing neonatal health, “make interventions quick and reduce the infant mortality rate”.
