Joseph and Nelly Kobzon have been happily married for over forty years. Together they fought to the last for the life of the legendary artist, but, alas, their efforts were in vain. In September 2018, the funeral of Joseph Davydovich took place, at which relatives could not calm the inconsolable widow for a long time.
At first, Nelly Mikhailovna was hard to re-organize her own life, but now she was able to adapt to new conditions. Over time, the widow of Kobzon began to appear more often in public, and she directed her energy to charity. The main outlet for her was the foundation, which the artist himself founded during his lifetime – in memory of his wife, Nelly Mikhailovna began to deal with it even more actively.
Despite their great affection for their spouse, Kobzon’s widow is being tried to catch on a new novel. Fans are sure – a man appeared next to her. Nelly Mikhailovna herself with a smile responds to such comments, without denying that she considers this scenario to be quite acceptable.
“If I had a lover, who knows, I would probably not mind. But for now, he’s not, ”admitted the 69-year-old widow of Joseph Davydovich.

Recall that after the death of Kobzon, the widow has to deal with litigation with his debtors. So, in 2009, the former assistant to the artist in the State Duma, Efim Petrov and his wife, artist Elena Flerova, borrowed 300 thousand dollars from the artist to open a museum in Germany. However, the project was not implemented. They did not give money to Joseph Davydovich. Then, through the court, the couple’s paintings were arrested, for which they now demand 18 million rubles from Nelly Mikhailovna.
The official meeting is scheduled for June, but Kobzon is not going to take part in it. She delegated this case to lawyers who are competent in this matter. In the program “You Won’t Believe It!” on NTV channel, Nelli Mikhailovna noted that she hopes for a fair resolution of the conflict. Admirers of the star are sure that the debtors will be punished by law and will leave alone the family of the national artist.
