“Neither tax reform nor tolls”: road blockade in Turbaco | THE UNIVERSAL

“We are super tired. We want to say no to reform. It is very pathetic. We do not agree with everything that the government is doing so mediocre that we have, “said one of the students who accompanied the march, whose starting point was the Crisanto Luque Educational Institution to finish at the tollbooth before 12 noon.

“Today we are here, at the toll, because we do not want more toll either. That only hurts the people, raising our tickets and so on. We came students from universities, the Seine, and schools, we know that in the future we will be employees and if that reform is approved, we will be the harmed.

The protesters blocked vehicular access on the two roads at the Turbaco tollbooth for several minutes. The march ended without any altercation with the police authority.
