The new bTV show “The Show” will not start on the date on which it was originally announced – Monday, May 2, and the change puzzled viewers. The most probable reason is the record rating of the anniversary season of “Like two drops of water” on the competitive Nova TV, which is also broadcast on the 2nd.
Apart from “The Show”, whose premiere, in the end, will be only a day late – on May 3, the media moved another project – the sequel to his hit series “Sunny Beach”. On the day both projects start, Nova TV is broadcast for “One for Another”, which, however, has a much lower rating than “Drops”.
The decision to postpone the launch of Sunny Beach 2 and The Show was made a few days before the two projects came out, initially to fill Survivor’s time after the April 27 reality show finale.
So Sunny Beach will no longer run on Monday, but on Tuesday and Wednesday. The same goes for the new version of “The Comedians” – “The Show”. And in prime time on Monday there are two and a half hours of Turkish series left.
So far, bTV has not explained the reason for the surprising change. A curious detail is that so far the ratings show that the fans of the Turkish series are the only viewers loyal to the media on Monday night, when Nova TV broadcasts “Drops”, Blitz writes. Otherwise, according to official data, at the start of the show the interest in the two televisions is approximately the same, but subsequently the figures change in favor of Nova.
