“Neighbours” (“Neighbors”) moves from One to VTM 2 after more than 30 years

“Everybody needs good neighbours”, in other words: everyone needs good neighbours. For more than 30 years, that iconic phrase has kicked off every episode of “Neighbours”, a series about the various neighbors on Ramsay Street, a cul-de-sac in the fictional town of Erinsborough. And in Flanders too, people can empathize with the characters to their heart’s content for more than 30 years. VRT has been broadcasting the episodes since 1988, under the name “Buren”.
