Neighbors Want to Fulfill DKI Citata Calls Discuss Bu Ami’s Wall Is Prone to Breaking

Jakarta

Bu Ami in Kebon Baru, Tebet, suspects that her neighbour, Abdurachman, is the landfill make the walls of his house prone to breakdown. Abdurachman is willing to fulfill the call from the Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Office (Citata) DKI Jakarta to explain the problem.

“He said he wanted (an invitation), I don’t know but. Yes, if you are invited, come, you are invited,” Abdurachman said at the Kebon Baru Village office, Tebet District, South Jakarta, Friday (10/2/2023).

Previously, the DKI Jakarta Citata Service was going to summon Abdurochman, who was burying the ground close to the wall of Mrs. Ami’s house. The Citata Service also wants to examine the technical aspects of the buildings in the settlement, so that there is a solution for Mrs. Ami whose walls are in danger of collapsing.

“We will summon him tomorrow Monday (13/3), we will examine everything, both the owner and the executor,” said Head of the DKI Jakarta Citata Service Heru Hermawanto at the DKI Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta, earlier.

What Mrs. Ami suspects is that the house has no foundation. If a violation is found, the DKI Citata Service will ask the owner to temporarily stop construction work.

“Because there are backfills, which standards should be allowed and what kind of work is he doing, now that’s what we don’t know yet. We will call, verify, if it doesn’t meet the standards, we will close it first until he is technically responsible,” said Heru Hermawanto .

The calling agenda will be held at the Citata Service Office on Jalan Taman Jati Baru, Gambir, Central Jakarta at 09.00 WIB. “I have ordered it. Later the coroner (coordination and supervision) of the investigator (who will examine it). This is like the BAP that’s it,” added Heru Hermawanto.

It should be noted that the main problem of this neighborly problem is that the walls of Mrs. Ami’s house became fragile and prone to collapse after her neighbor, Abdurachman, dug up the ground. The landfill is right behind the wall of Mrs. Ami’s house.

Mrs. Ami suspected that the culprit was the lack of foundation between the neighbour’s uruk soil and the wall of her house, so the water immediately seeped into the wall. However, Abdurachman and the Citata Service (Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, Land Affairs) stated that the piled up land has a foundation.

Earlier, at the Kebon Baru Kelurahan office, a second mediation was held. Mediation hit a dead end. The plan is for the village administration to check on Mrs. Ami’s house to find a solution.
