HILVERSUM – A lot of police cars and people in the street plus many meters of police tape around a children’s playground. That is all that can be seen around the house at the Lutherhof in the Hilversum district of Kerkelanden, where a fire broke out in a house early Friday morning. Two residents were seriously injured and had to be resuscitated. The police announced on Saturday evening that both the 49-year-old man and his 48-year-old husband did not survive.
