As in 2016 and 2018-2019, the CFDT, the CFE-CGC and the CFTC signed the “framework document relating to the negotiation of specific rules for compensation for intermittent performing artists and technicians” proposed by the employers’ delegation, during of the third negotiation session, Thursday September 28, 2023. For the record, the text provides that “an objective of improving the expenditure/revenue ratio of the specific regime for intermittent workers in the entertainment sector must be pursued in order to increase from 3.45 in 2022 to 2.93 by the end of 2026, corresponding to a rate of change in said ratio of -15%, which is equivalent to that observed for the general regime. The social partners in the intermittent worker sector have until October 28 to reach an agreement. The CGT does not support a path aimed at making savings and FO refuses any obstacle to the contractual freedom of the sector.
