The negotiations between GERB-SDS and PP-DB are already being conducted at the leadership level and are at the final stage, informs National Radio.

The President postponed the delivery of the mandate

On Thursday in the parliament, the resigned Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov and the co-chairmen of PP-DB spoke with Maria Gabriel and the leader of GERB Boyko Borisov, and the meeting discussed the allocation of ministerial seats and personal appointments, according to BNR sources. Against this background, the president postponed the handing over of the first mandate because of the death of Patriarch Neophyte and the two days of national mourning. Initially, Radev was supposed to give the folder to GERB-SDS on Friday, but the start of the procedure was postponed to Monday.

So far there is consent to change in four ministries – of healthcare, innovation and growth, tourism and energy. But shifts in other departments are also being discussed. There is still no consent for the incumbent in the Ministry of Foreign Affairsbut there have been talks about Nikolay Denkov being vice-prime minister as well Minister for European Affairs and Security.
