The six meetings held since May 2022 with your employer have led to significant progress, but the parties have still not reached an agreement on certain elements.
So far, the exchanges have been constructive and have enabled the parties to advance discussions on various subjects, including financial provisions.
After negotiations intensified in June in order to arrive at a settlement acceptable to both parties, the latter decided to adjourn the discussions until September, due to the holidays. The next meetings will therefore take place on 1is and September 15.
Your negotiation committee will continue discussions with the objective of concluding a satisfactory settlement as soon as possible with working conditions recognizing the value of the work carried out by the professionals of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ ).
