And specifies:
“This is the former Aphrodite Hotel building, which has been in the process of being demolished for several months. After the windows have been removed, all the broken glass, insulation, foam and any other remnants of construction materials are still in and around the building.
Access to the courtyard and the building itself is unsecured, there is no fence, protective signs and facilities, etc. The place has become a favorite place for neighborhood children to play, and construction debris is blown by the wind all over town.
After several complaints to the Municipal Inspectorate, there is no reaction from either the municipality or the owners, and the criminal disinterest and lack of business continue.”
We remind you that the building was last used as a hospice for the elderly. And even before that, the “Aphrodite” hotel had the bad reputation of a place that was most often visited by couples thirsty for intimate caresses.
