Today, December 2, the arcade racing game Need for Speed Unbound from the developers of Criterion Games and the publisher Electronic Arts was released. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
There are currently not many Steam user reviews, only 137, but they are all quite positive, more precisely 87%. And so far there are no reviews from critics, which is rather strange.
Need for Speed Unbound marks the return to the series from developer Criterion Games, who led the Ghost Games studio. The release of the game was delayed due to the fact that last year EA decided to devote all its efforts to the release of Battlefield 2042, temporarily suspending the development of a part of Need for Speed, as Criterion was asked to help DICE with the release of the game.
