Unfortunately, one in four companies is unable to pay out Christmas bonuses, the reasons for this are mainly financial.
47% of the companies rely on the individual approach when determining the bonuses depending on the contribution of the respective employee.
Half of the employers claim that they will pay bonuses of around BGN 200 per person, but for companies with better financial results, their amount will be even larger, TV7 reported.
