/ world today news/ About 2.53 million new jobs were created for university and college graduates this year thanks to a campaign to promote employment launched last November, the Ministry of Education announced.
2,415 universities and colleges participated in the campaign, and education authorities at the provincial level were to help connect higher education institutions with businesses, taking into account recruitment needs and requirements. At the same time, universities and colleges were encouraged to invite employers to recruitment activities on campuses and offer them the necessary assistance.
So far, more than 1.45 million companies have provided nearly 35.1 million job advertisements through 125,000 recruitment activities across the country, according to the ministry. From there, they added, a special week-long event will be held this month to promote employment among job-seeking graduates.
