It all starts around 5 p.m., when this 45-year-old settles on his balcony. Then for long minutes, he allegedly insulted passers-by, made incoherent remarks and even tried to set fires. When the police are informed of the facts by a local resident, they realize that this man is known for his versatile personality and his dangerousness.

In light of this information, officials from the anti-crime brigade and those from the departmental intervention company were called in to apprehend him. On the spot, his arrest takes place without violence. But at his home, the police find several weapons including a shotgun, a crossbow and a knife. He also allegedly found a suspicious bag in the middle of the apartment.
As a precaution, the inhabitants were all evacuated while waiting for the deminers. The intervention is in progress.
