NBW 2.0 Wrestling Promotion Celebrates 30 Years with Family-Friendly Entertainment and Exciting Events

STRUGGLE. After 30 years, the Drummondville wrestling promotion NBW 2.0 continues to focus on quality, with entertainment aimed at the whole family. President Valérie Lefebvre, following in the footsteps of her late father Jacques “Jack” Lefebvre, promises fans another busy year.

In total, seven events are planned for 2024. In addition to the four evenings in Drummondville, NBW 2.0 will be present in Victoriaville, Saint-Guillaume and Weedon.

“There is strong competition in the world of Quebec wrestling, but we are doing very well. We are fortunate to have loyal fans and very talented wrestlers. We work hard, me and my partner Michael Bernier, to present excellent shows,” says Ms. Lefebvre.

The 30th anniversary of NBW 2.0 will also be celebrated later this year.

“Wrestlers who have marked the history of our promotion will be invited to the September 28 event. It will be a truly unique moment,” says Valérie Lefebvre.

For the next gala, either Blind Dateon Saturday, February 17 at the Pierre-Lemaire Community Center, the Lefebvre family will be closely involved.

“My son, Brayden Alecksender, will face Mr. Fortier. If he loses, it will be over for him at NBW 2.0. In addition, several renowned wrestlers will be on site, including a fight between the NSPW-NBW champion Mandoza and the very popular Michel Plante. In all, seven fights will take place and there will be no shortage of action!” promises Valérie Lefebvre.

The February 17 gala will begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
