The widow of basketball legend Kobe Bryant († 41), Vanessa (38), has filed a complaint against the Los Angeles Police Department. The reason: the publication of pictures of the cruel helicopter crash, in which her husband and daughter Gianna († 13) died in a fatal accident. This emerges from the indictment that is in the “People Magazine”.
“No fewer than eight officers were at the scene of the accident and took cell phone pictures of the dead children, parents and trainers,” the indictment said. In addition to Bryant and his daughter, seven other inmates were killed. “As the police later admitted, the photos were not taken for investigative purposes, but for private use,” Bryant told the LA Times.
Even though Bryant and LA sheriff Alex Villanueva already agreed on the morning of the accident (January 26) to secure the scene of the accident for private reasons.
