NBA: The Lakers are under pressure after their loss to the Warriors.

The Los Angeles Lakers are concerned after the NBA’s Golden State Warriors lost to the San Antonio Spurs without injured superstar Steph Curry.

The Spurs caught up with the Lakers with a 110-108 win in San Francisco, and the Lakers now have to worry about making the playoffs. The defending champions dropped to 10th in the Western Conference without a game on Sunday as the New Orleans Pelicans edged the Atlanta Hawks 117-112 overall and the Spurs, currently in 11th, mounted the pressure on them. The eleventh-place Lakers have no chance of making the playoffs, even if they qualify.

The Phoenix Suns won 127-124 in overtime against the Sacramento Kings. Despite a 122-98 win over the Houston Rockets, the Memphis Grizzlies no longer have a realistic shot at first place in the main round, but they capitalized on the Warriors’ loss and consolidated second place. The Utаh Jazz, in fourth place, put more pressure on the Golden State Warriors. The New York Knicks were defeated 108-93 by the team. Schröder was the Rockets’ top pitcher, scoring 17 points off the bench.

The Boston Celtics defeated the Denver Nuggets 124-104 and are still fighting for second place in the Eastern Conference. Dаniel Theis scored seven points. The Celtics benefited from the Philadelphia 76ers’ 88-93 loss to the Toronto Raptors.
