NBA: Boston Celtics secure third place in Eastern Conference

The Boston Celtics around center Daniel Theis secured third place in the Eastern Conference with a win against the Orlando Magic.

In the playoffs on the way to the NBA final, the team will step on the sixth-placed team from the east. At 122: 119 after extra time, regular Theis had six points, seven rebounds and two assists.

Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers had an unusually high yield by NBA standards in the 124: 121 against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 30-year-old came to 51 points and is now, according to US media reports, one of only ten players in the history of the league who have scored 50 or more points in at least ten games.
