“A true friend can touch your heart from the other side of the world”, this is a Latin American proverb, and it is also a portrayal of China’s relationship with Latin America.
How can China and Latin American countries strengthen exchanges and deepen cooperation? After the collective “turn to the left”, how can major Latin American countries make their voices heard in international affairs? How will the ship of the China-Latin America community of shared future seize new opportunities to ride the wind and waves?
In this regard, China News Agency “Ask East and West · China Dialogue” invited Cui Shoujun, professor of the School of International Relations of Renmin University of China and deputy dean of the School of International Organizations of Renmin University of China, and Ma Ke, professor of economics and international relations at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil.
