“Nave Italia”, how life on board puts people back into play by collaborating with others, restoring self-confidence and providing the security to count on one’s own strengths

GENOVA – Currently sailing with the boys and girls of the association on board AIST ETS – Italian Tourette Syndrome Association for project “AIST comes on board”, the brigantine of Tender to Nave Italia Foundation is preparing for the new solidarity season 2025. Until December 3rd all the associations and institutions of the Third Sector interested in experimenting with the Nave Italia methodwill be able to present their project by filling out the online form in the “Projects” of the site.

Inclusive actions. Non-profit organizations, schools, hospitals, but also social services, public or private companies that promote inclusive actions towards their beneficiaries and their families, will have the great opportunity, thanks to the Foundation Tender to Nave Italiato offer its clients the unique experience of living an adventure as real sailors. The Nave Italia methodin fact, offers the most fragile subjects of the selected realities an agreed period of navigation during which, experiencing the particular life on board as members of a crew, each participant is encouraged to get involved, learning to collaborate with others, to acquire self-confidence, to count on their own strengths, rediscovering their own resources.

A place where there are no differences. Ship Italy it is, in fact, a place where there are no differences, where each person enriches the other with their own originality and where emotions are transformed into indelible memories over time. There will be time until December 3 to submit an application to join the new season of solidarity, after which the Project Selection Committee of the Tender To Nave Italia Foundation will proceed to examine the proposals submitted and, starting from January 2025, the selected entities will begin their training path with the staff in order to best prepare for the embarkations of the next season.

How the method is structured.
