Naumchik: Under what conditions will Lukashenko go to “reconciliation”

Along the way, let me express an opinion on what conditions (and only on them) will Lukashenka agree to “reconciliation”.

This, firstly, is the full recognition of his (Lukashenko) victory in the so-called presidential elections. elections of 2020, and the confession is public and repentant. Recognition both by the main persons involved in those events, and by thousands of their ordinary participants. All those convicted will have to write petitions for pardon with the obligatory recognition of their political mistake (I emphasize: not only legal guilt, but also a political mistake).

Secondly, all social activity should go exclusively within the limits of the forms determined by the authorities: for young people – the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, for adults – “Belaya Rus”, etc. exactly the same as in some 1938 in the USSR. There is no “free press”, there is nothing to say about “extremist” TG channels.

Third, very important: all those who wish to preserve Independence must once and for all understand that there is no other leader of the country, except for a person with the surname Lukashenka, in nature there is not and cannot be. Accordingly, come to terms with the fact that power will be transferred to Lukashenka Jr. (as in Azerbaijan or Syria). And he – to his son. And so on. In general, the very attempt to pronounce aloud a proposal to nominate a person with a different surname for the presidency should be qualified as treason to the state, with punishment up to the death penalty.

Finally, fourth, but most important, because ideological is what Belarus will be built on for decades.

Those who, not in words but in deeds, cherish Independence, must agree with the assessment of the white-red-white flag and the coat of arms “Pahonia” as Nazi symbols, the BPR – as a puppet nationalist-bourgeois formation, the assessment of the proclamation of Independence in 1991 – as state crime. Recognize the Russian Empire and its reincarnation of the USSR as the savior of Belarus in all wars, agree with the role of Belarus as part of the “Russian world”, as a country ready at any moment to perform any function at the request of Moscow.

Recognize that in the centuries of the Belarusian nation there were no heroic stages – only the “Great Patriotic War”.

Recognize the Soviet period as the best of all times, despite the fact that the highest flowering of the Belarusian nation began in 1994, when Lukashenka was elected president.

The Belarusian language is only an optional study at the written request of parents, and such parents will have to be taken into special account by law enforcement agencies along with alcoholic parents.

The presence of the Belarusian language in public life and in the media in relation to Russian is no more than 1:10.

It is on such (and only on such) conditions that Lukashenka (if Moscow allows) will go for “reconciliation”.

I am not kidding. You can find elements of each of the above statements in political, ideological and legal practice, in the statements of Lukashenka and the words of propagandists controlled by him. For example, the ratio of 1:10 was proposed in the 2000s by the “chief ideologist” and former Deputy Prime Minister Zametalin, while school administrations and the police show particular interest in Belarusian-speaking parents.

Moreover, such a model can fully satisfy the Kremlin, as Stalin was satisfied with the existence of the BSSR and the Ukrainian SSR completely controlled by him (he even promoted them to the UN, while the RSFSR was not a member of the UN).

I just don’t know if such “independence” will be real?
