Naughty Dog announced the release of a small hotfix 1.0.5.1 for the PC version of The Last of Us Part 1. Fresh hotfix should primarily improve the stability of the game. Most likely the developers are working on a larger patch, but there is no release date yet – perhaps it will appear next week. The patch is small and weighs only 36 MB, which, compared to the huge size of update 1.0.5.0, does not seem very significant.
The 1.0.5.1 fix fixes the following bugs:
- General stability improvements
- Fixed boot crash affecting all Intel Arc GPUs
- Improved stability for some AMD GPUs during long playthroughs
