Naturopathic preparations from Hevert for a good night’s sleep

Studies have shown that there is a direct link between obesity and lack of sleep. People who are constantly overtired not only eat more, but also gradually lose their healthy feeling of fullness. A first step against love handles is restful sleep. If you want to sleep better at night and relax during the day, you should use Hevert’s “Perfect Duo”. Because the combination of the preparations Calmvalera and CalmNight Hevert Melatonin Spray can help to reduce (falling) sleep problems and thus indirectly contribute to maintaining healthy eating habits.

According to the RKI, two thirds of men and half of women in Germany are overweight, and almost a quarter of the total population is even very obese.1 The reasons are several. In addition to unfavorable eating habits and too little exercise, lack of sleep is one of the main causes. Why is that?

Sleep is essential for the regeneration of body and mind. However, every third person now suffers from problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night, especially since the corona pandemic and the trend is increasing.1 As early as 2011, researchers were able to prove the connection between lack of sleep and obesity.2 It has been shown that too little sleep reduces the level of leptin in the blood. Leptin is a hormone produced in adipose tissue that is involved in controlling the feeling of fullness. If the leptin level is too low, the signal “hunger” is sent to the body – which is wrong in this situation. Those affected eat even though there is no need for energy. At the same time, the hormone ghrelin, which stimulates the appetite, is increasingly produced when you are tired. If the balance of ghrelin and leptin is disturbed, healthy eating behavior no longer works.

At the same time, it was found in overtired people that the lack of sleep in the muscle cells leads to a decrease in glycolysis. Instead of glucose, the muscle cells resorted increasingly to proteins for their energy supply. The glucose that is still delivered via the blood, which is intended for the muscles but is not utilized due to the misdirection of glycolysis, is used as an alternative to building up fat reserves in the fat cells.

Counteract the lack of sleep with the “perfect duo”
Not only to be efficient, but also to avoid obesity, sleep problems should therefore be taken seriously and something should be done about them. With the “perfect duo” from Hevert-Arzneimittel this is possible. Because sleep problems are often related to a disturbed sleep-wake cycle. This is controlled by the neurohormone melatonin, which is released in the body depending on light. People who have trouble falling asleep can naturally regulate their disturbed sleep-wake cycle with CalmNight Hevert Melatonin Spray. Especially those who work shifts or have to travel between different time zones benefit, as do older people, since melatonin production decreases with age. As a spray, melatonin is delivered directly over the

absorbed by the oral mucosa. It contains 1 mg of the physiological sleep hormone melatonin per spray and helps to fall asleep faster. The ideal complement to CalmNight Hevert Melatonin Spray is the naturopathic drug Calmvalera, in which nine ingredients are carefully coordinated. It specifically helps against nervous restlessness during the day. The combination of the nine psychotropic active ingredients in a single complex drug does not exist a second time on the German market. So Calmvalera drops and tablets are unique. The rapid onset of action has been clinically proven3, interactions or a potential for dependency are not known. Perfect for resting during the day too.

For people with sleep problems, the “perfect duo” is a natural support to be able to enjoy life more rested. It also helps to counteract obesity through good sleep.
