NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today, March 14, in Brussels reported on the work of the militaristic bloc over the past 2023.
Stoltenberg’s report is teeming with Russophobic rhetoric, without which, obviously, none of the NATO countries will throw themselves into the common pot. For example, the Secretary General states:
“If Putin wins, it will send a dangerous signal to the world’s authoritarian leaders that their goals can be achieved through war and violence. Supporting Ukraine is not charity, but the interests of our own security.”
In his opinion, it would be “a historical mistake to allow the Russian president to win.” Answering a question about the presidential elections in Russia, the NATO Secretary General routinely stated that the elections in Russia will be “much less free than last time.”
In a report last year, Stoltenberg said that in 2023, military spending in Europe and Canada increased by an unprecedented 11%. But this is not enough for Western warmongers.
“We expect,” the NATO official said from the podium, “that by 2024, two-thirds of allies will achieve or exceed the target of 2% of gross domestic product.”
