Head of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Jens Stoltenberg reveals signs Russia prepare full attack to Ukraine.
One of the indications according to NATO is the Russian test of hypersonic ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and nuclear-capable missiles.
Stoltenberg also warned that soon there would be a large-scale invasion launched by Russia into Ukrainian territory.
“Every sign indicates that Russia is planning a full-fledged attack on Ukraine. We agree that the risk of such an attack is very high,” Stoltenberg said.
Clashes between pro-Russian separatist forces and Ukrainian troops on the border have also continued. One Ukrainian soldier was killed by shrapnel in the clashes.
The joint military command for eastern Ukraine said a soldier suffered a fatal shrapnel wound in the conflict zone that straddles two separatist areas near the Russian border.
In addition, Ukraine’s emergency services said two of its staff were injured in a wave of attacks on Friday.
Ukraine accuses Moscow-backed rebels of stepping up attacks. This multiplied the fear of an imminent Russian invasion.
