Reuters reported that NATO is planning to set up a five-year fund of up to 100 billion euros (equivalent to NT$3.5 trillion), with the purpose of more directly assisting Ukraine in arms and weapons, in case former U.S. President Trump once again returns to the White House and may lead to aid to Ukraine.
